The specially manufactured Mermaid monofin is made of plastic and has an elastic shoe for both feet from synthetic rubber. The monofin is very easy to move and remove from the costume.

The fin gives much control an good speed. The weight ist about 1200g

To protect the costume from damage by the fin, it comes with a protective shell what covers the fin while using.
